A research tool for organic Instagram. You give it a topic; it finds the Reels that are actually performing, studies each one with AI, and hands you the repeatable patterns behind them. Think of it as a strategist that watches 20 videos for you and reports back what works.

1. 1Open Settings and add two keys: an Apify token (does the Instagram collecting) and a Gemini API key (watches the videos). Where to get each one is explained right there on the page.
2. 2Click Test next to each to confirm it works, then Save. Keys are stored encrypted and are never shown again in full.

You only do this once. Everyone using this workspace shares these keys, so usage is billed to the accounts behind them.

1. 1Go to New report, add a few competitor or reference accounts (username or profile link), or click Research with AI to suggest real accounts from your topic, then review them.
2. 2Scrape. We pull the recent Reels from those accounts.
3. 3Rank. Each post is scored by engagement (likes plus comments relative to views). The top 20 move forward.
4. 4Watch. The AI reviews each of the 20 videos in full, sound and picture, and writes down its hook, visual style, on-screen text, spoken angle, likely creator, and call to action.
5. 5Synthesise. Once all 20 are studied, the AI looks across them and pulls out the cross-cutting patterns, with the percentage of posts each pattern covers.

This runs in the background and can take a few minutes. The report page updates itself as it progresses, so you can watch it fill in or come back later.

• Creator / audience shows the mix of who is making these videos.
• Angle frequency ranks the core arguments the videos make.
• Top 20 leaderboard lists the winning posts with their stats and a link to each original.
• Proof. Click any pattern and a panel slides out listing the exact posts behind it. Nothing is made up; every claim is backed by real Reels you can open.

On the report form there is an optional brief box. Describe the script you want, including the length, who it is for, the tone, and the call to action, and we draft one for you alongside the report.

The report page shows the opening of your script. The full script, 10 hook variations you can use with it, and a set of content ideas with the best formats and hooks all come in the download.

• The tool runs on your own Apify token and Gemini key. There is no shared platform key and no cost to anyone but you.
• Keys are stored encrypted (Supabase Vault) and never shown again in full, only a masked hint like AIza…4f2k.
• There are no user accounts. Anyone with this link can run reports on the connected keys, so keep the link private if you want to control usage.

Click Download report on any finished report. You will be asked for a name and email so we can save the request, and then the report opens ready to save as a PDF (use your browser's Print, then Save as PDF).
